NewsRelease - S.O.S Appeal Launched
Date - 6th December 2022 Today we are launching our S.O.S (Save Our St Peter's) Appeal.
Following a recent surveyor's report we have been made aware that we need to URGENTLY replace the church roof in addition to carrying our immediate work to our windows. St Peters Church Selsey is well over 1000 years old and has been in situ several hundred years longer than other church's such as Chichester Cathedral. St Peter's has served the community for thousands of years, offering Weddings, Funerals, Christenings, regular Sunday services and our popular Christmas and Easter services. For St Peters Church Selsey to continue serving the community we need to raise £120,000 to carry out these URGENT works. We are running a Sponsor a Tile campaign with a £5 donation sponsoring one tile on the roof with the associated installation works. You can donate directly by following the link to our Just Giving page or by scanning the QR Code on the attached poster. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/stpeterschurchselsey Alternatively you can write a cheque to St Peter's P.C.C Restoration Fund and deliver it to the Rector or by posting it to: The Rectory, 75 St Peter's Crescent, Selsey, West Sussex, PO20 0NA Any donation will be great fully received. Thanks in advance RELEASE - ORGANIST VACANCY
